Mission Statement

The mission of B and H is to provide accurate, effective, and State-of-the-Art Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) training to the hospitality industry to prevent the negative impact of alcohol sales and services.

Owner

Seungok Ahn, owner of B and H, trains people of Food Manager Course, Food Handler Course, Allergen Course, and Alcohol Course for several years. He works as a food-industry consultant for a while. He is a open-minded, friendly, and positive-thinking person.

Seungok has a Bachelors of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from KAIST Seoul, Korea, and Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine in Midwest College, Chicago, IL.
